THE DETAILS……..The birthday child’s parent should call the Strike & Spare Fun Center of their choice three to four weeks in advance to make the necessary arrangements. The Center representative will describe the entire birthday program including the dates available for daytime Galactic parties and the different types of food that can be provided. The parent provides the Center with their phone number, the birthday child’s name, age and the number of children attending. The parent stops by the Center to pay the party deposit, pick up free invitations to send out for the party and also receives a birthday party information sheet to fill in party guest’s names, addresses, phone numbers, and birthday dates. The Center representative will phone the parent a few days prior to the party to re-confirm the party details. On the day of the party, parents, birthday child and guests should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the bowling start time to meetwith the Center’s Host or Hostess to set up the party, find bowling balls, receive shoes and set up time for their food. Party packages provide the children with plenty of time for food, drinks and the opening of gifts. Parents of the guests should be advised to pick up the children at the party’s scheduled end time. Children who attend the party as guests will receive a coupon in the mail for a free game of bowling for their birthday provided that the information is completed on the birthday information sheet. |
